APPLICATIONS:

The slider mounting machine automatically feed, positions, and attaches sliders to pre gapped synthetic or metal zipper chain.

8. Sliders are fed by means of a vibrating hopper. Custon-built hoppers are available for pin-lock, can-lock, flat-loce, or other special type sliders.
9. Sliders are mounted between 1 1/2" to 6" (3.5 cm to 15 cm) from the top element, as required. Machine is programmable to other distances, if needed.

MANUAL SLIDER MOUNTING FIXTURES FOR SYNTHETIC & METAL ZIPPER:

This fixture is designed to hold the slider firmly to allow an operator the use of both hands to mount the sliders on the zipper chain. An operator can thus mount approximately 6,000 slider per 8 hour / day. Individual fixtures are required for each different size slider tab.
